frosty morning

How are you all? Here in North Yorkshire, we had a very cold but fresh morning. Regardless what’s happening outside, I am suffering from never experienced amount of stress, multiple pressures and worries over my study, work, career, family issues all at once for some reasons. At the same time, I am embarrassed to say this, as I know there are so many people who suffers more and would be glad to replace with me. How do we all cope? Taking one thing out of them seems to be not an option. Giving myself tap on my back. Nearly there, don’t give up. Occasional doodling is a wee bit of help for now...

  1. Hi Maki...it cheered me up to see a post from you in my sidebar :) It's been an amazing morning around here hasn't it? The frost and sunshine are wonderful. Sorry to hear you have so much on your plate all at once..feel free to offload anytime..problems shared are problems halved as my granny used to say. Keep going...your studies will be finished soon xxx

  2. Breath Makito. One day at a time! Here is fresh but hot (75degrees). Well for me it is fresh but in the afternoon is very hot. So sorry you are having so much stress and you bet I can understand. Takes things lightly, problems and situations will be there always and we should try to don't let rule our lives. Keep up the faith, you will make it happen.

  3. I'm sorry things are so stressful for you right now, Maki. Please don't stress yourself more by thinking your concerns are not as important or as "bad" as other people's. Step by step, one day at a time, and you will come out on top like that little bird in the tree. I love your sketch! I'd frame that and hang it on my wall.

    1. Hi Maki,

I know what you are experiencing, as I have felt this way myself at times. A book called BIRD BY
BIRD, by Ann Lamotte helped out a little-if you
      are a reader.
